The MInT Collaborative White Paper 2025 is here: AI, Digital Twins, and Digital Public Infrastructure

We are excited to share our latest White Paper from the MInT Mobility Summit 2025 on the theme: “AI IN MOBILITY”

Mobility is more than transport- it’s about access, equity, sustainability, and safety. This white paper explores how cutting-edge technologies can transform India’s mobility landscape and shape global solutions.

In the Foreword, Shri S Krishnan, IAS (Secretary, Ministry of Electronics and Information Technology, Government of India) emphasized:

“AI is not merely a vertical technology-it is a horizontal enabler. Its application in urban mobility can unlock meaningful societal impact at scale. Digital twins allow us to simulate, plan, and manage with unprecedented adaptability. And the development of a Bharat Multi-Modal Mobility Stack (BM3S) offers us a pathway to deliver interoperable, cost-effective, and inclusive solutions for all.”

Inside, you’ll find:

  • The evolving challenges of urban mobility
  •  AI as a game-changer for safe and sustainable transport
  • Digital twins for smarter planning and real-time management
  • The Bharat Multi-Modal Mobility Stack (BM3S) as India’s next digital revolution (Digital Public Infrastructure)
  • Use cases in safety, freight, and air mobility

It also features the final project prototype from the 2024 MInT Hackathon winners and the vision for building India’s digital mobility ecosystem.

It is not just a vision- it’s a roadmap to “Build for India, and Solve for the World”.

We hope this serves as a knowledge resource for policymakers, researchers, and innovators working towards safe, sustainable, and inclusive mobility.
