Felicitation to Dr. Abirami Krishna
Congratulations to Dr. Abirami Krishna Ashok on receiving the Best Research Paper Award (2nd Prize), at the 18th Urban Mobility India (UMI) Conference and Expo 2025, organized by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA), Government of India (GoI), held at Gurugram from 7th to 9th November 2025.
Her paper titled “A Unified Framework for Traffic State Prediction and Class-wise Speed Estimation in Mixed Traffic Conditions”, co-authored with Prof. Bhargava Rama Chilukuri, IIT Madras, was recognized among the best research contributions in the field of urban mobility.
Dr. Abirami received the award from Hon’ble Minister for Housing and Urban Affairs, Shri Manohar Lal ji, in the presence of distinguished dignitaries and experts across the country.
